Hi, I’m Nguyen Phan — a licensed IRS Enrolled Agent, tax planner, financial planner, children enrichment school owner, and above all, a devoted mom of three. For over a decade, I’ve worked with small business owners, real estate investors, and self-employed professionals — many of whom were pouring everything into their work, yet missing one of the most powerful tax strategies available in the U.S.: hiring their own children.
I founded Tax-Smart Paychecks out of both passion and necessity. I wanted to helping many families to thrive. I created Hire Your Child System (HYCS) — a step-by-step program that helps families turn their household or small business into a training ground for life skills, personal growth, and long-term financial independence.
